ADULT PROGRAMS

JOB DEVELOPER: Full-Time position available in Los Angeles. Develop job placements for individuals with developmental disabilities by making contact and establishing relationships with potential employers in the community, Two years work experience in job development for persons with barriers to employment, contract procurements, sales, marketing, public relations or a supported employment position involving the development and maintenance of community relations. High school diploma required; Bachelor degree in Social Services or Marketing related filed preferred. $20 - $25/hr

HOUSE MANAGER: Full-time position available in Culver City. Oversee the day to day operations of a 24-hour residential home; consistent with ECF policy and other regulatory agency requirements relative to licensing. Three years direct service experience in a licensed group home with individuals with developmental disabilities, to include one year in a supervisory capacity. Must have basic knowledge of Community Care Licensing Title 22; Dept of Developmental Services and Regional Center Title 17 requirements; Muse have Direct Support Professional (DSP) certificate (year 1 & 2); Obtain and maintain Adult Residential Facility (ARF) certification and must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively. $11/hr

RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT: Part-Time position available in Reseda. Assist adults with developmental disabilities living in a 24-hour licensed group home in Reseda/Culver City. Duties include supervision/assistance in all of the following: meal preparation, personal hygiene and daily chores (laundry, etc.), transport, residents to social activities, medical appointments, etc. Position requires a high school diploma and one (1) year Experience working with special needs population. $8-$10/hr.

SUBSTITUTE ART INSTRUCTOR: Substitute position available in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate must be able to function in several media of artistic expression in addition to a concentration in ceramics. Ability to teach art effectively and implement special education and behavior treatment plans with developmental disabled and/or emotionally disturbed adults in facility and community based setting is critical. A minimum of a BA + one art skill area or HS diploma with 2 years related experience and a minimum of one art skill. $10 - $12/hr

DEVELOPMENT

GRANT WRITER: Full-Time position available in Culver City. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have existing relationships with and understanding the major foundations/corporations in Southern CA a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide variety of individuals. Minimum of 2 years grant writing experience with a Bachelor degree. Ability to write grants from concept, LOI, to full proposal. Proficient in computer and knowledge of Raiser's Edge 7 a plus. $21.63/hr

ACCOUNTING

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK: Full-Time position available in Culver City. The position requires 3 years of working experience in billing, processing and monitoring payments and collection. Prepare bank deposits. Create spreadsheets and generate invoice and collection letters. Must have excellent computer skills in Word and Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Business Solution is a plus. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry of purchase journals. $15/hr

KAYNE ERAS CENTER

SCHOOL:

CREDENTIALED SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER (Middle & High School): Full-Time position available in Culver City. Teaching experience in special education setting required. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills; create lesson plans, curriculum plans, implementing multiple student IEP goals, simultaneously such that student success is fostered. Manage behaviors, documents incidents, and meet deadlines. Must have a valid CA State Special Education Credential or Internship Special Education Credential required. If in an Internship program must provide proof of enrolled in an approved internship program. $20/hr

MENTAL HEALTH:

MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST: Full-Time Temporary (4 - 6 months coverage) position available in Culver City. Provide Mental Health Services to SED, LD & DD youth and their families at Kayne Eras Center and in the home. Comply with all documentation requirements in a timely manner. Board of Behavioral Science registered or licensed. DMH experience preferred. $19.23/hr

THERAPY & SUPPORT:

BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST: Part-Time positions available in Culver City and Los Angeles area. The position requires a minimum of 1 year experience working with special needs children and knowledge of the autistic spectrum and must have familiarity with the concepts of ABA, Floor Time, Discrete Trial Training, Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), and how to implement a specific program designed to enhance learning, cooperation in the classroom, and peer relationships. Work in a classroom, clients serves in Culver City, West Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Bi-lingual a plus. A minimum of: High School diploma and 4 years experience working with special needs children and knowledge of the autistic spectrum or AA degree or equivalent in Early Childhood education and 2 years experience working with special needs children and knowledge of the autistic spectrum or BA degree and 6 months experience working with special needs children and knowledge of the autistic spectrum Min. $18.00/hr

BEHAVIOR SUPERVISOR: Full-Time position available in Culver City. Provide direct behavior consultation services to Behavior Specialist, teachers and parents. Assist Behavior Specialist with data collection and recording of client progress, development of behavior assessments and plans. The position requires familiarity with ABA, Floor Time, Discrete Trail Training and how to implement a special program designed to enhance learning, cooperation in the classroom, and peer relationships. A minimum of one year experience working with special needs children and knowledge of autistic spectrum disorders and child development. A minimum of Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Child Development or a related discipline is required. BCBA preferred. $30.00/hr

LICENSED BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST: Position available in Culver City. Must have experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a NPA/NPS system. Excellent interpersonal and communications (both written and verbal) skills. Must have familiarity with key behavior concepts, Applied Behavior Analysis, Floor Time, Discrete Trial Training and implementing a specific program designed to enhance learning, cooperation in the classroom and peer relationship. Requires a Master degree or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Child Development or a related discipline. Must have current MFT or LCSW or Clinical Psychologist license and must be a CA Board Certified Behavior Analyst or 12+ units of Applied Behavior Analysis courses.$35.00/hr
