Oversee the day to day operations of a 24-hour residential home; consistent with ECF policy and other regulatory agency requirements relative to licensing. Three years direct service experience in a licensed group home with individuals with developmental disabilities, to include one year in a supervisory capacity. Must have basic knowledge of Community Care Licensing Title 22; Dept of Developmental Services and Regional Center Title 17 requirements; Muse have Direct Support Professional (DSP) certificate (year 1 & 2); Obtain and maintain Adult Residential Facility (ARF) certification and must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively. $11/hr

The ideal candidate must be able to function in several media of artistic expression in addition to a concentration in ceramics. Ability to teach art effectively and implement special education and behavior treatment plans with developmental disabled and/or emotionally disturbed adults in facility and community based setting is critical. A minimum of a BA + one art skill area or HS diploma with 2 years related experience and a minimum of one art skill. $10 - $12/hr

KAYNE ERAS CENTERSCHOOL: CREDENTIALED SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER (Middle & High School): Full-Time position available in Culver City. Teaching experience in special education setting required. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills; create lesson plans, curriculum plans, implementing multiple student IEP goals, simultaneously such that student success is fostered. Manage behaviors, documents incidents, and meet deadlines. Must have a valid CA State Special Education Credential or Internship Special Education Credential required. LICENSED BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST: Position available in Culver City. Must have experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a NPA/NPS system. Excellent interpersonal and communications (both written and verbal) skills. Must have familiarity with key behavior concepts, Applied Behavior Analysis, Floor Time, Discrete Trial Training and implementing a specific program designed to enhance learning, cooperation in the classroom and peer relationship.
