Programs

Through a rich variety of services and programs, ECF provides fun, constructive learning activities that develop skills and self-esteem. Learning new skills, being productive, having friends and a sense of belonging, and developing a sense of pride all act in concert to enhance self-esteem and enrich lives – this is the foundation to the success of our programs.

ECF operates three Early Start Centers which provide therapeutic early intervention for infants and children up to age three. Early Start helps over 1,000 children each year. ECF’s extensive parent education program also provides outreach and support services to hundreds of families annually. ECF's Kayne Eras Center provides a K-12 education to over 500 students each year as well as support for the students families. In the adult programs, ECF meets the diverse service needs of over 650 clients each year.

ECF provides thousands of children and adults with disabilities the opportunity to live in communities throughout Los Angeles with dignity, self-respect, and happiness.
