Early Start

Center Based

Early Start's Center-Based program is offered in three-hour sessions, and children are usually enrolled for either three or five days per week. The program offers exceptional early education from warm, family-friendly centers with cheerful, inviting classrooms, gross motor rooms, and outdoor play yards and activity areas.

A typical classroom day includes morning circle time; language enhancement activities; indoor gross motor play; snack time; centers for fine motor, art, sensory, music, and cognitive activities; outdoor play; lunch time; and good-bye circle time.

Through these play and learning activities, as well as occupational, physical, and speech and language therapy, the Early Start staff guide children to develop fine motor, gross motor, self-help, cognitive, speech and language, and personal social skills.
